When you get your package, it is very important that you FIRST read through the QUICK START GUIDE. There is also a DVD with your package. Be sure to watch this as well. These will give a brief overview of the program and set the foundation for your "rules" and new healthy habits to live by. THEN call me and let me know what your "start date" will be. Attached are a few tips to help you along your journey! Feel free to call me anytime for support, to answer questions or review your plan!

Also, "Support in Motion" allows you to log your weight-loss, foods eaten daily, and exercise. It has recipes, articles and a chat room! It's a wonderful addition to the support you'll get from me! You'll also get daily motivational emails to keep you on track and help teach you the "A,B,C's and 1,2,3's of optimal health!

Remember that the plan is structured to keep you under a certain amount of calories per day and may be a bit of a struggle the first 3 days. If you feel tired, headachy, irritable or hungry, eat every 2 hours instead of every 2 ½ to 3. Even if you have 6 or 7 Medifast meals plus your "Lean & Green" meal, you'll still be within the parameters of losing weight. Then, on day 4, you'll be into the "fat-burning state". You'll be feeling better and will be able to return to the recommended "5 & 1" plan.
Regarding your "account" information… Remember your user name and your password which should've come to you in an email. Please write it down because you will need to remember it. As a member of the BeSlim Club & Rewards Program, you will receive monthly shipments of products so that you don't have to remember to re-order!
Watch for an email from TSFL 3 weeks after your order was placed. They will ask you if you want the same products for your next month on the program OR if you want to "customize" your order. You then have 4 days to respond to that email by either calling/emailing me or contacting the Client Support Center at: 1 (800) 572-4417.
If you wish to customize your next order, either call me or call the Client Support Center and they'll help you customize an order. 20 boxes = 1 month of products… pick your favorites! If you do not respond to that email or call me, you will receive the Variety Pack again for your next monthly supply.
Remember, you can cancel your BeSlim Club membership at any time if you are not happy with the program.
With regard to the meal replacements, you will like some things and tolerate others. Remember, the "5 & 1" program is just a "tool" to get you to a healthy weight QUICKLY AND SAFELY!! So just hang in there with me and we'll get there as soon as we can! You will not be eating 5 meal replacements a day for the rest of your life!! I promise! Remember to use "Rita's Helpful Hints" to optimize the taste/flavor of the foods. The details regarding the exchange policy are in the QUICK START GUIDE. Then, on your next order we can customize it to your liking. Once you get to your goal weight you may want to use the Medifast products only 50% of the time and eat your own meals the other 50%. This is what I do now. I use the meal replacements as healthy snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner to stabilize my blood sugar and keep me from overeating!
Now, before you get started on the program, weigh yourself and take a "before" picture. When you get down to a healthy weight, take an "after" picture. It's always inspiring to see the changes and it's great motivation to maintain your new healthy weight!
Lastly, as you begin to lose weight, people will be noticing. When they ask you about your program, please tell them you are working with us and give them the office contact information. They will be sure to have someone with whom they can rely on for coaching and support. We will give you $20 credit towards your next order for each person you send their way!
