Client Email Day 4

Congrats! You did it! You're on day 4 and you should be in the fat burning state. If so, you should also be feeling great. You also shouldn't be hungry. (If you are then you need to call me ASAP.)

Make sure you continue to consume all 6 meals.

Continue to eat every 2.5 – 3 hours.

From this point on I will be checking in with you 1x/ week, but I am always available either by phone or email should you have any questions or concerns. Do not hesitate to give me a call.

Please call me or email me when you weigh in for your first week. I am anxiously waiting to hear how you did.

I have a favor to ask you. If you know of anyone that is looking to get healthy would you kindly give them my contact information so that I can help them to start on their journey as well?
