Client Email Day 1

Hi and congratulations again for beginning your journey to a healthier you!   

Read the Quick Start Guide (QSG) and keep it handy for reference.  It is full of info that will help explain the program in detail.  Most of the answers to concerns or questions that clients have can be found in here. You'll also be getting a DVD.  Please watch it because it will also help explain the program. 

Here are some Do's and Don'ts to help ensure your success on this program:

  • Eat every 3 hours
  • Eat your lean and green meal (pg 4 and 5 of QSG)
  • Drink water (body weight /2 = the amount of water in ounces per day should be drank)
  • Allowed snacks – check guide for these items (pg 6 of QSG)
  • Get all 6 meals in no matter what time you're eating
  • Do not consume anything that isn't on the 5&1
  • If hungry have another shake 

You may experience some irritability, headaches and/or sluggishness during this phase as your body is getting rid of the stored sugar supply……it will pass! 

I am going to be checking in with you each day for the first 4 days by either email or phone.  Please let me know which you would prefer.  I will guide you through.
